SUMMARY
Interview 360 Assessments are the platinum standard of executive-level assessments. Personal interviews are conducted with the executive’s supervisors, peers, and direct reports. The input is scientifically analysed to identify statistically reproducible patterns and correlated with an independent psychometric assessment. Because each feedback conversation is conducted verbally, the potential biases of the stakeholders are filtered by the assessor.
An Interview 360 Assessment Report is provided to the leader, followed by a one-on-one discussion with the assessor to review the feedback.
