Mike has partnered individually as an executive coach with more than 1150 senior and executive-level leaders (CXO, SVP, VP, Director) across 30+ diverse business domains and worked with leaders from more than 30 countries spanning every continent of the globe.
Mike holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive & Business Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management, Master’s degree in Anthropology, and Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry & Physics. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, Hogan certified Coach, certified Innovation Coach, and DISC-certified Trainer & Coach. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies.
Mike permanently lived in India for over 27 years. He currently travels the globe servicing clients from his base in Chesapeake, Virginia, USA.
