STORIES OF TRANSFORMATION
7 years ago, Mike led an engagement with my team made up of several Vice Presidents, some of whom were new to the team and the organisation. Over a 6-week period, Mike worked on aspects of our Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence and Team Dynamics. Thinking back, this was probably an inflection point in the career of several of us.
